As the Architect of Record for the complete interior and exterior restoration and renovation work from 1992-2008, STRATA provided complete design services for numerous projects that have included interior design, tenant finish work, public lobby and restroom renovations, ADA and life safety upgrades, and overall building stabilization. All restoration and renovation work has been subject to the requirements set forth by the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties, thus allowing the use of federal tax incentive programs for additional project funding.
