HISTORIC REHABILITATION TAX CREDIT CONSULTING AND PRESERVATION CONSULTING

STRATA Architecture Inc. is currently working closely with the Design Team and the Owner for the redevelopment and adaptive re-use of the historic Federal Reserve Bank building located in the heart of downtown Kansas City, Missouri. Our firm has prepared all required historic tax credit application documentation and has reviewed the proposed adaptive re-use plans for the building with regards to the integration of the Secretary of the Interior’s guidelines for rehabilitation. Designed by the Chicago architectural firm of Graham, Anderson Probst & White, the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, the building was built in 1913 and was continuously occupied by the bank until they moved to their new headquarters in May of 2008.
